In the smokehouse, the Chef prepares a variety of fish with the addition of selected spices from around the world to surprise you with exceptional flavor. We bake bread daily using premium flour. We complement dishes with herbs we carefully grow in our own garden to delight our guests with fresh and unique aromas.
